Services Offered:
At The Yellow Couch Counselling, we provide a confidential mental health counselling service for individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges. Our work is guided by evidence-informed approaches within our scope of practice, and includes psychoeducation and psychosocial support planning for a wide range of issues.
We draw on a variety of evidence-based and solution-focused modalities, selecting interventions most likely to create sustained and positive change. Our practice is trauma-informed, person-centred, holistic, and culturally competent, ensuring that every client receives compassionate, tailored support. We also offer multi-session psychosocial support planning to best suit your individual needs.
Sessions can be one-off to address immediate concerns, or short- or long-term depending on your goals. It’s entirely up to you how often you’d like to attend and what you’d like to focus on.
